WHAT A DISASTER!!! First, I was given an estimate and made that payment. Then there was another payment taken out of my account a week later! There was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION that this was happening! Second, I can fathom why the estimate was SO FAR OFF! Third, I called and they said they would send me information. Needless to say, I am still waiting for them to send it to me. There has been no follow up on my call. Go somewhere else if you can! You will be much happier you did.
Entire staff was very kind and helpful. I was able to get a procedure done at a much lower cost and intensity than I thought. I had a consultation and was able to get it done in the same week!
Dr. Clawson was so professional and kind. His whole office staff, from front desk to surgical assistant were very respectful and friendly. I was very nervous about my procedure and they took time to walk me through everything and make sure I was at ease and comfortable. They are the best!!!
Friday before a three-day weekend, I knew a tooth needed to go. One call and I was in the chair. The dentist worked on it, taking several breaks and then letting me know that he could not get it done. In moments with a gauzed stuffed mouth and my wife I was on my way to Snake River Surgical. Snake River Surgical and Dr. Lee went above and beyond to help us get jaw surgery approved for my daughter. Dr. Lee provided a thorough and detailed explanation to the insurance company, clearly outlining the medical necessity of the procedure. My daughter had been experiencing intense jaw pain and constant clicking, and the surgery was absolutely necessary for her quality of life. We’re so grateful for the dedication, support, and care we received. Highly recommend!
