Called at 8:30am and scheduled them to come look at my sprinkler pump I thought was airlocked. Receptionist said they’d call when they were on their way didn’t give me a price estimate and hung up on me. Waited around the house ALL day for them. Never called, never showed. I ended up spending hours on Google and fixed the pump myself.
Terrible costumer service. Came to my house while I was not at home. Turned the sprinkler to manual. Ran an extension cord through my flower bed. Never even fixed the sprinkler heads I needed worked on. Then sent me a $227.00 bill. Never got back to me to make this situation right. I have heard many people who had terrible experience with them! Possibly the worst service I’ve ever experienced in this small town!

They dont give any estimated costs, they refuse. I asked for repair 4/18, nobody has reached out to me and its June. Someone randomly called me asking to come out today but Im not home! Horrible professionalism and customer service. Also, who doesnt give estimated costs!
This is my first year using snake river for my residential sprinklers, they were very prompt and Roy my technician was polite and very easy to ask questions. Thank you!
