We recently got our first hot tub from snake river. Jon Hammond helped us, I believe he had just started recently when we came in. He was extremely helpful, we were more set on a certain color scheme and when he realized that he explained we could wait a few weeks on delivery on a similar hot tub that wasnt in their store. He showed us the ins and outs of this particular one and got out swatches to help us get the exact color we wanted. I loved that. We had a lot to learn and Jon walked us through EVERYTHING! We had plans to purchase elsewhere but after visiting this store in Nampa we loved the friendly and informative vibe and bought right then.
Great store the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. We get our water tested and chemicals from them. They have a floor full of hot tubs and pool supplies. So glad they are here in Nampa.
