This is a horrible service with people with disabilities and life always and when you qualify for help for bills they denied it for at least 1 and half years telling me it will be applied at next bill my b caretaker has to talk for me the service ducks but they will charge you for a tech to come and tell you it's running fine but if your running b late depending on a assistance help they will turn it off along with my life alert horrible Internet service don't look for any b helpful people here
My bank changed my credit card numbers without notifying me, and when CenturyLink was unable to process the automatic payment they started playing games with our Internet rather than sending me a courtesy email. Sound randomly wouldn’t work on Spotify etc, computers randomly logged off websites, we had no idea why. Childish.
