From the phone call to set the appointment as well as the service performed at the home, the customer service was exceptional. Technicians Austin and Joshua were very professional and courteous in explaining my options and performing the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing need.
We had a great experience with Austin from Snake N Laterals Plumbing! He came out to help us with a foul smell coming from under our crawl space and quickly found the source of the problem. Austin was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He showed us videos of the issue before and after the repair, explained everything clearly, and was able to fix it the same day—which we really appreciated! Excellent service all around. We’re very pleased and highly recommend Austin and Snake N Laterals for any plumbing needs.
