Overall a bad experience, with some positive aspects. Partially my fault because I had a misunderstanding, thinking it was a “free estimate” when the technician was sent out with a work order. So he came prepared to do some specific work, while I was trying to address different problems with our home plumbing. When we spoke about the real problems, he kept saying things like “I don’t think I can fix that, it would cost $300 and might not be resolved.” Just not the kind of words that inspire confidence.
