The Snake family has played a massive part in my life for several years. This place is about more than exercise. Its great for your mental health as well. They look out for each other and the coaches are world class and understanding.
Snake Athletic in Tamworth is hands down one of the best CrossFit facilities we’ve ever visited! From the in-house laundry to the indoor running track, the attention to detail and functionality of this space is second to none. I’ve been training at Snake Athletic for a year. All the staff are excellent coaches who are supportive and always positive, encouraging without criticising. The classes are varied and challenging, which stops me getting bored. The coaches help you make whatever adjustments you need based on your fitness or health issues.
