Guacachips have tartrazine lake, consumption may be associated with cancer risks. . Brilliant blue fcf lake is a Petroleum product. I will never buy this again. Straight in the trash.

I purchased some Guacachips made by this company. *The sodium per serving is 140mg per serving, not bad for chips. *The over-all flavor of the chips isn't. bad. The problem is, in a blind taste test, I don't know that I'd identify them because thre is no real guacamole flavor . The chips are merely green Dirito style chips with a hint of salt.
