Worst service ever. They came to my unit to change a backsplash and damaged a panel. They tried to grossly cover it up hoping I wouldn’t see it. It’s been a year Iam following up for my panel to be fixed. No one ever emailed me back or called back. Not the kind of service you’re expecting from a supposedly luxury brand.

Avoid using this company at all costs. They broke my chandalier while installing a custom kitchen and have failed to answer my calls or emails on reimbursing me for months! And now they claim that I waited too long. They have been sued numerous times and I am filing a lawsuit as well. Do not use this company.

They likely have great Italian quality; however, you can't get anyone from the South Florida locations- even California- to return an inquiry. I would suggest searching from another manufacturer. I literally hired a interior designer simply to get a inquire about something I wanted to purchase. Even they could not get a return call or email. This is not the Italian quality that one expects.
