Update: do not believe some of the good reviews, if you write a bad review they offer you money to change your review to a good one or remove it. Awful company! Do not use! Used this company for my new property and the whole experience was awful. They missed loads of issues that I spotted and I advised the inspector about when first greeted. Has been a very smooth process from initial enquiry to receipt of the snagging report. Can't fault the professional and knowledgeable team. Paul came out to undertake the snagging inspection and was very knowledgeable, explained the process and the issues identified and was very helpful. The snagging report was then issued within 24 hour after snagging inspection. Very efficient. Would happily recommend!

Would highly recommend Waseem for snagging inspection. Report was very detailed and thorough, I was really impressed with how quickly the report was provided following his visit. Initially, we were unsure whether to get a professional snagger, but so glad that we did, he was able to use his knowledge and experience to pick up on a number of things that we would not have noticed if we had done the snagging ourselves. Professional and efficient service from start to finish.

I have recently moved into my first new build property in Kent and had been told about snagging inspections by a friend. I did a bit of research as to be honest I wasn’t sure who to go for, but decided on Snag My New Home and I am so glad I did as the reviews didn’t disappoint! Booked an inspection but had to move the date. This was no problem and Lina was very helpful. The report was sent to us within 24 hours. It was detailed and easy for us to see what issues Elijah had found. I recommend using Snag My New Home. Very professional company.
