I have just been abused by this company I called several time for an understanding and was never called back and because I do not understand as the website says they do pre and post and then the last part Mentions there is no point in pre inspection and I was called thick head I explained that I have dyslexia and dyspraxia and was called names and told to not use their services then was blocked discriminatory behaviour. Now I am receiving more abuse and harassment at 23.41 pm at night

He meticulously explained each step and its significance, ensuring we were fully informed.
