Poor communication and unprofessionalism. Do better
Arrived at 7:30 am for my 9:00 am appointment. Was directed to the loading dock by a dock worker named Randy. He had me unloaded (28 pallets) in 45 minutes. He also brought my paperwork out to me. Great place to haul cargo. I hope I get another load from Utz to "Snacktime" soon. Even the owner, Michael, came out to introduce himself and say "hi" to me. First class in my book.
Over the years, I have been in contact with Mr. Revels and the team at Snacktime, and I have always been completely satisfied with their friendly and competent service. I continuously recommend them to anyone who is looking for vending services.
