I’m a returning customer and unfortunately will likely not be returning. I placed an order on November 23 and it’s yet to be shipped. Understandably with the order was some pop which due to weather was delaying shipping. I reached out to cancel the pop and for the rest of the order to be shipped. The refund was a smooth process but as of December 15, the order has still not shipped.
Products are fantastic—I got a rare drink that I couldn’t find anywhere else at that price. However, as others have mentioned, the shipping isn’t great. At checkout, they give you a list of 10+ shipping companies to choose from, with various prices, but Snack Attack doesn’t really care which one you select. They’ll switch it to something else at their cheapest convenience. My order said 2–3 days for delivery, but it took nearly a month. At least the product was fresh and not expired.
Did a online order for $150+ Sept 29th didn't receive until October 29th it was poorly packed and damaged. Gave the benefit of the doubt ordered another $150+ order. I ordered it Nov.14th and its Jan 29th and still haven't received and no response to my email. Scamming and bad business
Had to stop in here on our mainland trip. My kids and some friends are fans of Lucky's Bodega but this place might have won them over. The prices definitely beat out Lucky's Bodega and the selection of items were on par. The owner Rish was super polite and friendly. He hooked me up for my birthday as I think each of us bought at least 1 item. Some items bring back childhood memories in mega doses.
