Terrible shipping! We placed orders with UPS , which should have taken less than a week as noted when choosing the shipping company online. Minus the 5 to 9 days it takes to package the order. The order was sent out through Intelcom, which took over a month! Doesn't matter what shipping you choose , the store will choose the one they want ,which is the cheapest and longest! Snack Attack is our happy place! From the moment you walk in you're greeted with the warmest smiles and the kindest staff ever. They're absolute sweethearts who make you feel like family every single time. If you love spicy snacks this place is a dream come true. Everything is so flavorful and unique. Maybe the in-store experience is better, but the online ordering experience was not and I strongly recommend staying away if you can't go in person and need the product delivered. It should not take 8 days with paid shipping to get the ordered product to a customer that's less than 30 minutes away. They don't even warn you on the website that they can take up to 9 days to get the order to you and you only get the bad news in the email invoice after placing the order.
This is truly the best snack shop l have found. It is now my new Go to! The selection and customer service is over the top! I'm from out of town and it's so worth it , once you try snack attack u will come back . Again and again!
UPDATE:..Since I was on vacation when the second shipment arrived...my neighbour kept an eye out for it. As a way of thanking her, I placed another order using the code shop10 that you sent me to compensate for all the frustration of the first order. Which is a lovely gesture.
