RUBBISH!! DO NOT SHOP HERE !! A MESS!! My friend ordered a birthday surprise snack box for me. First attempt delivery, they said they don’t have the buzz code. It is a gift, how would my friend have my building’s buzz code? They have the unit no, should have look for that particular unit no at the intercom directory!!! Terrible online store. Placed an order for beverages and snacks to be shipped to Ontario. Got a reply saying they can't ship it because of cold weather. I asked for, but was denied a refund, and instead offered a gift card. Fast forward to when weather is no longer cold, and their online store front has completely removed all the items I wanted to purchase. They've said in one e-mail they're resuming shipping in April, which has come and gone. They are now not replying to any of my e-mails.
Had to stop in here on our mainland trip. My kids and some friends are fans of Lucky's Bodega but this place might have won them over. The prices definitely beat out Lucky's Bodega and the selection of items were on par. The owner Rish was super polite and friendly. He hooked me up for my birthday as I think each of us bought at least 1 item. Some items bring back childhood memories in mega doses. Very happy to update my review from 1 to 5 stars! On Feb 11th I placed an online order. I wasn’t satisfied when the products arrived as forget were not as I anticipated. I messaged the company, we emailed back and forth a bit and it eventually died on the vine. I posted my first ever 1 star review several weeks later. Update!!! Its may 14th still haven't received my order amd still no reply from emails. Scammed Did a online order for $150+ Sept 29th didn't receive until October 29th it was poorly packed and damaged. Gave the benefit of the doubt ordered another $150+ order. I ordered it Nov.14th and its Jan 29th and still haven't received and no response to my email. Scamming and bad business
