SNA Tours is a very bad company. They cancelled our tour China tour for April 2020 and they promised to give us an alternative date to use for our cancelled China tour. After the cancellation, we never heard anything from SNA Tours agIN. Please beware of this company. They could liquidate their company to escape their obligations & accountabilities to their previous clients. Then, eventually open up another travel business...to change into a different name to scam other innocent travellers again.
A despicable organisation. They have lived off advance bookings and blown customers money to the tune of over four million dollars. As soon as the bookings stop because of the covid -19 they are screwed and go into liquidation. Where has all our money gone. They were only entitled to their fees and or commission. Surely its criminal activity to take money that was held in trust for their clients holiday.
Just got back from a 12 day trip to China with SNA tours. I did a lot of research before the trip so I was prepared for potty squatty, always carried toilet paper and sanitary wipes), downloaded express VPN before I left which worked great, brought yuan currency with me and was able to get more from ATM (credit cards and us currency not accepted in most places so come prepared), used Voice app to communicate with Chinese speaking people, brought a mask but never used it although a number of people in our group did use it. ... read more
We just completed the 14 day Enchanting China Tour with flights which we found in most part excellent and well organised except for the last few days on the Beijing section. We arrived there by train at 6 pm after a 5 hour train journey were surprised to be taken 2 hours by bus to a resort hotel in the country totally in contrast to as described in the itinerary.
