I had a wool rug that had become dull over time. I didn’t realize how dirty it was until I got it cleaned. They picked it up from my home and returned it after about a week. The difference was very clear. The rug looked brighter and felt soft again. It’s nice to see how proper cleaning can bring a rug back to life.

Their website states that they don’t transport heavy furniture. He didn't move any cords or chairs, nor clear sides. I was assured by their staff that they would not touch my personal belongings unless I requested them to. This is false.
