Their website states that they don’t transport heavy furniture. He didn't move any cords or chairs, nor clear sides. I was assured by their staff that they would not touch my personal belongings unless I requested them to. This is false.
Technician was accommodating to our afternoon plans, was friendly, efficient, and thorough. He was open to working extra hours if the initial pass didn't produce the desired results. We were extremely pleased with the service, and the attention to detail. Thanks! Invision Optometry
