I wonder how they do the interview process to hire the account managers with listed CPAs. They are so bad at explaining to their clients, such that when you ask them to clairfy, you as the client are over-charged for every email or call they respond to you. Yes, over-charge. They bill you more hours than they actually need to do the work. There's also a lack of transparency in their work. After compiling the Financial Statement they ask you to take it as it is. The worst company… will gouge you for money every single chance they get even when you are in a vulnerable position. Contracts have little loop holes like charge for work 100-500$ depending on who is doing the work and clauses where if they feel they need to review more paperwork then they feel is to much will charge you highest quoted price for the longest length of time.
