One elderly man is the sole worker here. Worst agent I have ever encountered. Multiple Breaches of lease.
I was happy Noel Tannis took my complaint seriously, about the neighbours abuse and threats. They have had a lot of trouble with this woman in the past.
Agent had broken leases 3 times in 5 weeks. I do not feel safe here with him sending workers without notice especially when they abuse me. I am renting a house I can not believe how unprofessional this agent is. Constantly harassing me. I hate living here because of this agents Constant harassment. I am a good tenant the property is well maintained. Lawns mowed massive amount of clean up work I have done. I'm renting! Why is it up to me to get urgent repairs done then force you to pay. I don't get paid to do your job old man. 3 weeks I've waited. Organise myself 24 hrs. Edit, how dare you send worker here to abuse me. You had weeks to fix this you did nothing.
