I was greeted at the door by Catherine who was friendly, professional and had a good knowledge of jewelry. She directed me to John Patelli, was extremely helpful. He helped me with resetting my Smyth Diamond studs and helped me create custom gold monogram necklace for my granddaughter. Catherine cleaned my diamond rings and studs during my visit.
