Run don’t walk. My experience with Margaret and her firm was the most horrifying. She bullied and threatened me if I didn’t do what she said she would recuse herself. This happened many times and even in the middle of a hearing. She didn’t take my direction and was only interested in running up my bill. She should be disbarred. Where do I start. Almost from the beginning Ravena seemed to be on my ex-wife side more than my own. Might add that there are no male lawyers here. Little details missed on a consistent basis. It took a year-and-a-half to sort out my separation agreement (that wasnt thier fault). The problem was my alimony payments and because my separation agreement wasn't signed for a year-and-a-half I was unable to write off any of my alimony payments because this firm did not put in a special stipulation that would allow me to do that. I was very impressed with the service I received. The support staff were polite and courteous. I appreciated the compassion they had for my situation. I further appreciated the effort Ms. Hoover put into my situation. I was very happy with the end result. I highly recommend Ms. Hoover - she is very experienced and knowledgeable.
Very poor service. Constantly getting details wrong so that multiple emails are required back and forth for simple issues. Poor representation... more interested in rushing through than doing a good job and writing good firm orders the first time. Very poor communication between assistants and Lawyers.
The best representation I could've ever asked for. Absolutely amazing personal relationship with my lawyer and there was awesome communication. I highly recommend this firm.
