Always wonderful care. Sometimes there's a wait, but then again they take their time with each patient, which makes it worth it. 5 stars.
Dr McGlothin and Pam are.the absolutely the BEST. DrMcGlothin takes time to talk to you and never rushes you. He will do anything to help you. He has been my Mother's Dr for years and has been my Dr for about 5 years. Pam is awesome. She always has a great attitude and always so kind. Anytime I call for something they both go above and beyond to help. We are so fortunate to have people like this to care for us in this area. Thanks so much for caring for us.
So this morning, my mother goes for her appointment, she arrives 30 minutes prior to her appointment just to be told that she doesn't have an appointment. She goes back home and finds her appointment card that clearly has written on it that today was in fact her appointment. Why would you make an appointment card for her?? I could understand this happening once, but this has happened multiple times. It is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Do better!!!!!!
Neatly 2 hours i waited past my exam time. She now has my CT results, knows I'm in pain from a confirmed hernia, and won't review then for 48 hours...horrible treatment.
