I was driving home with a baby and child across multiple states when my car started chugging. I was so happy to make it to this location and not be on the side of the road. Eric greeted us and started to work on our vehicle right away. He let us relax in the air conditioned office while we waited. The bathroom is immaculate. The whole place is clean and welcoming. I was traveling cross country, had car problems on a Sunday so I stayed the night in Custer SD, went to smyths first thing Monday morning not even sure if they were going to be able to get me in or not. I arrived and they were super busy but asked if I could come back in a few hours so I did. They got my truck in right away and got it fixed and back on the road very quickly. Very polite employees and relatable, my experience here was fantastic and highly recommend them if your having car troubles.
