We were on a road trip from Nebraska when my car started breaking down. We went to 2 other mechanics first and this was the only place that was able to help within a day and it was a super reasonable price! Eric was very knowledgeable and ended up helping us a ton!
We came into Smyth auto repair with an overheating truck. Eric took great care of us and got us back on the road to Texas quickly.
Eric and his staff were highly recommended by a staff member of Custer State Park when I encountered a problem with my Chevy Tahoe at the campground. We are from out of state and our truck was making a funny noice and we seen all his great reviews that we took a chance on the shop Let me tell you we give the place a 100% of service ( which we got lucky it turned out it was fine) but Eric went out of his way and drove the vehicle and figured it out really soon.Not many shops will take the time and get you in on the same day,if you find yourself needing service go here,the rest of staff was very friendly too.Keep up the good work and your kindness to strangers in need,. We had a tire that needed a repair and we stopped randomly late in the afternoon and they were so helpful. Had it repaired and we were out in 20 minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
