They even didn’t send mail about shut off And i m couple hours calling busy customer service U guys cant turn off service when late one month . There 3 kids and infant pregnant woman at home. Even when we paid bill no water very veryyyy very bad service
I’ve been calling for two days trying to get a water service and gas service and no one answered the third day someone answer and she told me I’m gonna need at least agreements Or either approved that I bought the house it felt like I’m in a Third World country
I called today to get the total on my water bill, and the lady was so rude, and gave me the attitude that she didn't have time for the few questions I had for her. Mind you, this was maybe a 2 minute call.. at the end i said thank you, and she just hangs up on me. Please people.. if you cannot handle a customer service job, please go find something else, and learn some dang manners with gaining yourself a personality!
They way over charged me. Double of what a normal bill should be & I am requestion an audit.
