Without any delay, their specialist was able to take care of the slab leak that had occurred under our kitchen. The slab leak was not a very major problem. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to them for their unwavering commitment.

Called yesterday to make an appointment about a water leak and was told someone would be here today between 10 and 2. No one had shown up by 1:30 so I called to confirm someone was coming and was told there was no appointment scheduled. Now I’m scrambling to find someone else last minute so my house doesn’t flood. This company does not seem reliable so I don’t recommend counting on them if you need timely repairs done.
We had a pipe burst behind the wall and needed someone to repair it urgently... he arrived within 1.5 hours and restored it in 30 minutes. Prices are quite fair, and service is competent and polite. I would refer to my relatives and friends.
I had an excellent experience with Smyrna Plumbing. I called Jerel to schedule an appointment for my running toilet since I suspected my fill valve was leaking and needed to be repaired or replaced. I wasn't looking forward to paying that bill. Jerel and his colleague arrived immediately at my house, evaluated the problem, went to Home Depot for the part they required, and completed all of the repairs in under an hour.
