Had check ups scheduled MONTHS in advance for 2 of my children on 8/18 and 8/19, both was double booked and rescheduled. First one my wife was already there when they told her, the next day for the other child they called 30 mins prior to appointment to reschedule to November. This place use to be great, we will be looking for another place ASAP.
Really like the doctor but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous! Was there over two hours for a yearly checkup for my child and mostly just sitting in the waiting room.
We absolutely love this pediatric office! The staff is always so welcoming, and I really appreciate how personal and caring they are every time we come in. Trisha, the nurse, is amazing — she always takes the time to chat with us and never makes us feel like just another patient. She truly connects with my children and makes each visit feel comfortable and positive.
