It is very unfortunate ever since Smyrna Pediatrics switched buildings, pediatrician (dr ricafort), nurse practitioner and all front end staff. There is no reason to have a scheduled appointment months in advance and you have to wait over an hour once you get into the medical exam office. Refills whatever. My only thought can be that this is some insane MK ultra test about people’s patients and what they are willing to endure for medical care for their child. Avoid this practice
Had check ups scheduled MONTHS in advance for 2 of my children on 8/18 and 8/19, both was double booked and rescheduled. First one my wife was already there when they told her, the next day for the other child they called 30 mins prior to appointment to reschedule to November. This place use to be great, we will be looking for another place ASAP.
Really like the doctor but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous! Was there over two hours for a yearly checkup for my child and mostly just sitting in the waiting room.
