James was awesome! He was both professional & very friendly. He worked on my TVs & also my smoke alarms. Couldn't have asked for better service! Loved his dog Ruby! What a cutie 🐶
I am happy to recommend The Smyrna Handyman service. James, a great small business owner, has done electrical and plumbing work for me with excellent. Hot Water heater, kitchen and bath plumbing, water emergency turn off value, outside water access, etc. Electrical fixtures, fans, HVAC split system, wiring, etc. Amazed at his knowledge and skill level. He goes the extra mile to maintain a high standard for customer satisfaction!
James was easy to communicate with via text, arrived on time and finished the work quickly. He replaced a light fixture outside that was too dim with a flood light and replaced our sink fixture. Fantastic service and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend for any projects that you don't feel you have the expertise for!
Unbelievably rude. Called to get an estimate, he kept interrupting with "we don't do that, we don't do this", "what exactly do you need?".
James really is too good for his industry. I've never met a more capable, efficient, timely, safety-oriented handyman/contractor. The guy is like a walking textbook. He's in, head down, and out with proficient clean space left behind. Highly Recommend. Great with kids, too!
