Front desk attendant very rude. The reminder text didn’t go out and the front desk attendant confirmed that it didn’t. Went in 10 min past ( mind you I am a new client- not familiar with policies) , I could hear the staff chatting at the back loudly and the main dentist/ owner was not in. The front desk attendant refused to let me be seen knowing very well they were chatting at the back. I went to Smyrna Dental to have some dental issues fixed. I loved unsatisfied and continue to have issues so I found a new dentist that is excellent. When I notified Smyrna Dental of the issues I was continuing to have they harassed my new dentist and got my patient records from them without my permission. In addition to this staff was very rude and had a horrible attitude.
I can’t say enough great things about Smyrna Dental! They have been absolutely amazing with both me and my daughter. The entire team is incredibly patient, kind, and thorough in explaining everything, making sure we feel comfortable every step of the way. Their gentle approach is perfect for those with sensitive teeth, and their friendly atmosphere truly makes a difference.
