Brandon Ballard was our technician who did our furnace performance check and checked the CO level . Brandon has been here before and did the same thorough job as last time. I would recommend SMW if you're in need of a new HVAC system.
I cant say enough about this company and the way they handle every aspect of every job they have done for me. I have been using SMW for a few years now to include a new AC installation last year. Unfortunately the compressor went out on the new unit but all worries were immediately extinguish. It started with the owner of the company getting directly involved. I think it's a shame when a service person shows up and then informed me SMW only checks on one unit in the spring and one unit in the fall! Shame on me for not understanding that! $1,425 is outrageous to pay and this year alone it was $285 for service that took about 10 to 15 minutes! I just called & canceled this service with Don (who answered the phone)! We're done! SMW can refund my money on the card that was used to begin with!
Scott McFarland was all about business! He was quick and quiet with the work. He talked at our level and helped us understand a few improvements down the road. We’re “family club” members so there was no charge for a pre-winter checkup. All good. Scott was great!
They always do a great job maintaining my systems.
