Terrible. No signs to tell you where to go, or any instructions. Had to ask other drivers. Then took three plus hours to load like eight rolls of paper. I would never come back personally
. Excellent facility! Fast loading, professional staff, and great customer service. Rich was polite and respectful, and the loading process was quick and efficient. The staff communicated clearly and treated drivers well.
