In December, 2015, I bought two rooms of furniture at Bills. Brothers. Several months after the purchases, my husband's lift chair stopped working. Bills. Brothers sent a technician, Brian, out to our home. He diagnosed the problem as a short in the remote. Bills. Brothers replaced it at no cost. Today, several months later, the same thing happened. Comment to Customer Complaint Commenting on the August 25, 2012 comment of Bills Brother's Furniture. Sorry for the bad experience that particular day. Helpfulness On Aug. 24 my son and I came to your store to purchase a bedroom set (complete) and a sofa. We were in the store for 15 minutes walking around looking at the furniture. NOT one person said anything to us. Yes, as this time 4 sales persons had customers, so we did not think bad of this. We continued to look, the other customers all left, at that time some of the sales persons looked at us, waiting by the sofas, then they walked away.
