In ****, my husband and I purchased a two-week unit directly from Smuggler's Notch. At the time, the resort was not affiliated with RCI. Before the merge with RCI, we were able to book our unit, during our set times, directly through the resort without any issues. Since RCI took over, we have not vacationed at Smuggler's Notch in over 6 years. It is extremely difficult to make reservations for the times we have purchased.
