I booked an apartment for 3 nights and due to a personal emergency (my dog was unexpectedly diagnosed with a terminal cancer with possibly 2 weeks to live) I had to cancel which I did a week in advance. Booking.com asked owner to make an exception and refund my $600+ but they declined. I accept that no refunds is their policy but then they claimed I was a "no show" as if to justify keeping my money which was a misrepresentation of the situation. I would not book here again. Lovely rooms to rent if you need a place to stay rooms are very clean location is good not far from the city of victor harbour. Or the beach .atmosphere is good just enquire with the friendly staff if you need a place to rent and live .I highly recommend it you get a outside pool and beautiful garden very peaceful place
