Doesn't cater to families with teenagers.I had a family of 6 staying in the 2 bed unit.They only gave me 4 towels,when I asked for more,they refused and said I had enough. Our sofa sleeper bed had no linenes and the office closed at 5pm so we didn't have any.I took my four kids to the pool and the management had a fit within 15 minutes. We were celebrating a birthday and invited a friend and her kids to the resort with permission and were accused of harboring more people in the room.
