The best gym in Spalding. Owner spent a lot of money to renew a equipments.
Friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable and very patient staff. Would recommend if you're new to the gym.
I can vouch for these ease-in Small Training Sessions. Was scared stiff of walking into Smudge Fitness on that Day 1. But Jack & Ryan were super friendly, and they literally show you step-by-step what to do - adjusting to your own ability & goals. I (actually) look forward to going now! Great gym, nice and large so the machines aren't all on top of each other. Plenty of choices when it comes to the machines available and plenty of dumbbells/barbells and plates so no waiting around even at peak times. The recovery room is brilliant too, nothing better than a decent sauna after a good session.
