came here months ago for my first brazilian wax and it was a horrible experience. i had Rachel for the service when i saw many great reviews about her, but i didn’t receive that. she seemed very strange the whole appointment and made odd expressions during the service. what really did it for me was at the end she applied the oil in an area where i know it shouldn’t have gone and i got an infection from that. very disappointed in this treatment as a customer and an uncomfortable experience, as well as an uncomfortable after m... read more
Rachel is the best! I always do my waxing with her or if she's busy -Nicole is great too! Mark is so nice and it's a lovely place that I highly recommend.
