We never got estimate or contract they took awhile to come out and measure poor business I talked to other people who called them for estimate never returned the call smuckers always put our roof on but not ever again
Smucker & Sons rebuilt our screened in deck/porch to a gorgeous sun room - it turned out way better than we expected and they did a lot of extras along the way - Thank you Marlin and Chris and the staff - Bonnie and I are very happy with the results.
The installer Ed did a wonderful job at installing and answering all my questions. We love our new windows. No more drafts.
I know first hand the quality work these guys do having been a former employee and later on a customer. Great pride is taken in doing the job right the first time, and if there is an issue gladly return to correct it. I wish they were in Georgia where I now live. Could have used their expertise for a leak I had a year ago in the apartment complex I live in. It took 4 visits by the hired contractor to get it right. I really miss Smuckers and all the Lancaster County contractors, I worked with and trusted.
