Had a house built in 2009 by format homes, SMT did the stormwater. Had the backyard paved and over time the paving sunk in huge patches. 40m2 of paving ruined. Earliest photo evidence I have is from early 2018, where the damage is already done. Started well, had a photo of a cracked storm water pipe to show them. Cracked at a joint.They booked me in straight away to have a look, I was feeling like ‘ wow, they’re actually going to fix this up all these years later , good blokes’ , that’s where it ended.
