I have been receiving Osteopathy treatments with Sara for a year now and each time I go I feel better and better! I had no idea what to expect with Osteopathy and discovered that the treatments are subtle and gentle yet very profound. From a recommendation by a friend to meet with Sara from SMT, I decided to check it out to see if Sara could help ease my lower back ache and achy joints. Within one session with Sara I noticed a huge difference. I always look forward to my maintenance appointments as these have kept my lower back pain and joints pain free.
I can point to discovering osteopathy and Sara as one of those "aha moments" on my health journey. Each session begins with a recap, Sara listens carefully and records notes for reference. She address new concerns during treatments, provides helpful information and resources I can work on between appointments. Sara's treatments are a must for me, thank you Sara!
