Does anyone in this office know what’s going on? Received my paperwork over a month ago and I was told rides for my child’s appointments were set up. Day one no one showed up so I called only to find out he hasn’t even been approved after a lengthy conversation to even find the documentation as it couldn’t be located. Worst Transportation company I have ever dealt with! They confuse consumers. I’ll get a call about my daughter but it was a “mistake” they meant another person. They call and tell you wrong times. The company is just chaos. The problem is that these are people’s loved ones they are dealing with. So if they say they are going to be home at a certain time they should be. Or if they call and say something regarding your family member it isn’t very reassuring when they tell you they made a mistake and it was for someone else. Th... read more
