DO NOT USE THIS "TITLE COMPANY". They are not only unprofessional and have no concern or compassion for anyone they are also dishonest, and the worse title company I have ever dealt with. I was involved in a transaction with them and they took forever to do anything, no documents sent to anyone, funds not disbursed in an appropriate time.
