Worst experience dr look in hurry they don’t wanna see u more than 5 mint and charge u for long consultations be careful visiting this place

Very disappointed with the service from the medical centre. I presented as a walk in with my 5 month baby because he suddenly got red spots all over his face within the last 10-15 minutes. I was asked for DOB and when advised it’s a new patient they said sorry we don’t take new patients as walk ins. I asked if this is the case for emergency patients especially if it’s a baby and was told we don’t take walk ins as new patients again. Our recent experience at SMS Medical Center was very disappointing. Since our usual doctor, Dr. Sheema, was unavailable (she is always excellent, very understanding, and we have no complaints with her), we had to book with Dr. Magda instead. Unfortunately, Dr. Magda did not examine or physically assess the patient — she did not even check vitals,listen to the chest, saw ears anor throat.
