Poor customer service and quality of work, especially considering the price. Not very responsive, owner seemed displeased to explain the scope of work and answer questions about it. Left heavy lights dangling by the wire, still lots of dirt after supposedly contact cleaning. Automatically charged for the service without checking in after completion.
Service to Clean HVAC mini-split units, Excellent work completed, very professional, would recommend very highly.

I recently had a bat infestation in my attic. After their removal they left a mess of droppings in my attic. I received a fair estimate for the cleaning and hired SMS. Marcel and his crew showed up on a torrential rains and they couldn’t have been nicer. They were very careful with the equipment and they made sure they didn’t bring the wettest in on our floors. They job they did in the attic was excellent. I recommend this company to anyone if they want great service and a professional job done!
