Excellent service! Marcello and crew did an excellent job. Steve and Nancy were great getting us the quote and scheduled. I would highly recommend SMS and would hire them again.

SMS Indoor Environmental Cleaning cleaned out the mold in our attic. They were quick, efficient and professional. The staff was responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend them

Poor customer service and quality of work, especially considering the price. Not very responsive, owner seemed displeased to explain the scope of work and answer questions about it. Left heavy lights dangling by the wire, still lots of dirt after supposedly contact cleaning. Automatically charged for the service without checking in after completion.
