I have used SMS since the day it opened, Jeff is fantastic and now that he has hired a few fantastic techs, and a shop manager, he has more time to spend with his "fan base". He prides himself in being honest and standing behind his work!
Excellent Customer Service – Jeff is my knight in shining armor. Being a woman it is scary to go into a repair shop for fear of being taken advantage of. Jeff was fair and detail oriented. He made sure the price was what he quoted and he was done on time. I have had another mishap with keys and electrical problems. Jeff is arranging for the tow, keys being made and programmed along with looking at the electrical problem.
