Dr. Shrestha has been my PCP for almost 3 years now and I absolutely dread every follow up. My previous 4 appointments have been the worst. I will arrive 15 minutes before my appointment as suggested, and have waited anywhere from 30 minutes-1.5 hours JUST to be called back into a room! My most recent appointment, was at 3:15pm I arrived after 3:15pm and waited about 30 minutes.
