Great service!
We had excellent service from SMR. Our hot water tank needed replacement and we were unsure whether to go with a new tank or an on-demand system. Sean came by to look at the space – he arrived right on time, and provided us with the info we needed to make the decision. We decided to go with the on-demand system and they were able to schedule us in less than a week. The 2 technicians Dave and Cole were great, very friendly and professional. I was so pleased that SMR made an effort to adjust schedules today to fit me in as I had no heat or hot water. Dave was so great and diagnosed the issue right away and even took the time to explain the system to me. He also was able to look at a couple other minor things and I was so appreciative.
