Called them about a gas fireplace issue. They diagnosed, sourced the hard to find part and installed it in a timely manner. Every time we have an issue with heating or had fireplaces they have been able to diagnose and fix it. Highly recommended!

SMR was able to come help us with our hot water boiler on short notice! They came the next day and were able to sort out our issue with a new replacement part. We have a Viessman Vitodens 100 high efficiency boiler. The primary control board failed and they sourced the part and installed it same day. Maybe we got lucky with the timing, but at the end of the day they were professional, efficient and knowledgeable! We have grand parents and two young kids so having hot water restored was essential. Thanks SMR!
