Told me to be there at 7:30 A.M on friday to get my truck tuned, i take a day off of work drive 45 minutes there and get there around 7:25, then have to wait till 8am to talk to anyone just for them to tell me the tuner isnt there today. Definitely wouldnt reccomend, will be finding somewhere else for sure!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews. This is probably a family-owned small business, all of us are just trying to pay our bills and get by. However, I had a bad experience with SMR. Also, there was safety issue, which is a big deal. I spoke with the manager (Joseph), and gave him an opportunity to make things right. Sadly, I did not get the response I was looking for (a profuse apology, and an offer to cover the cost of a hub cap). I went to SMR at the recommendation of a friend. Would not do business with Jordan I drove 3 hours for a exhaust manifold turbo and injectors we had agreed on a price and time yesterday and I let him know how far I was away and when I got there he told me it was sold 15 minutes before I got there
