I have never left a bad review for any business before, but this experience has truly bothered me enough to speak up. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I don’t like leaving negative reviews. This is probably a family-owned small business, all of us are just trying to pay our bills and get by. However, I had a bad experience with SMR. Also, there was safety issue, which is a big deal. I spoke with the manager (Joseph), and gave him an opportunity to make things right. Sadly, I did not get the response I was looking for (a profuse apology, and an offer to cover the cost of a hub cap). I went to SMR at the recommendation of a friend.
