Do not take your truck here!! After taking my truck to smr for reduced power code, they called me telling saying that it has a small oil leak that it needed to be fixed along with a few other things, ok that’s fine then a few days later they called saying coming else needed being fixed so I asked them ok but did you find out what the problem was why it’s reducing power when pulling a trailer with weight on it? If you want a half decent truck when the shop is done with it don’t bring it to SMR diesel. Over priced. Takes them about a month at least to fix any issue on a truck. Your truck will come back with issues that it didn’t have before and they won’t do anything about it. Awful customer service and awful shop. Needs to be shut down. Don’t bring your truck here.
Told me to be there at 7:30 A.M on friday to get my truck tuned, i take a day off of work drive 45 minutes there and get there around 7:25, then have to wait till 8am to talk to anyone just for them to tell me the tuner isnt there today. Definitely wouldnt reccomend, will be finding somewhere else for sure!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews. This is probably a family-owned small business, all of us are just trying to pay our bills and get by. However, I had a bad experience with SMR. Also, there was safety issue, which is a big deal. I spoke with the manager (Joseph), and gave him an opportunity to make things right. Sadly, I did not get the response I was looking for (a profuse apology, and an offer to cover the cost of a hub cap). I went to SMR at the recommendation of a friend.
