Delicious food but incapable of making pre-orders. I ordered online ahead of time but they have an issue that doesn’t show the staff the order, so I had to wait in store for 30 minutes - which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. Please fix this issue, it is the bare minimum that customers expect.

Note: I'm prob more critical than the average consumer bc my close friend is Danish, & I've spend a bit of time in Denmark: Slightly too Americanized & greasy/heavy. This is a Danish spot yet they 1) don't offer any smorrebrod, & 2) while the Breakfast Burrito & the AEC are still yummy, they are just too heavy - too cheesy, saucey, or oily. pastries are good. sandwiches are good but small portions and won't fill you up. coffee is mid. my biggest gripe with this place is that it's dirty. no one is bussing the tables. crumbs and coffee stains everywhere. i once saw someone spill their coffee and no one came to come clean it up even after telling the servers. i ended up wiping it up myself (not my coffee btw). last time i went someone left a cup of water for their dog on the floor.
