I can’t say I’ve ever become a regular anywhere. I never stay in one place long enough to let the grass grow beneath my feet, let alone dine in any restaurant enough times to grow tired of the menu. Smør is the first and only exception. Mainly because of the menu, drinks and food that are the definition of comfort but largely in part because of the staff. Turned away for service at 9:20pm when the restaurant is advertised as closing at 11…? The food here is great, and the service is consistently the worst I’ve experienced in Brooklyn. Have never had a pleasant server here
