The woman who I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. Might as well have just said, "how dare you even call me." I can't remember what she said her name is, but whoever was answering the phones on Thursday, April 18th at around 12pm
I was extremely disappointed with the "service" I received when I called. The woman I spoke to was dismissive and condescending, acting as if my phone call was an inconvenience. Not helpful at all.
