Bought a property that had construction managed by SMP Solutions. Do not expect to have all your defects fixed by this group no matter what has been agreed upon. We had an agreement from the construction manager for certain defects to be fixed, we've been waiting for months with several follow ups about the defects but there is no progress. Very disappointing.
