Our experience was great and fast, many thanks to Scott and Johnny! Scott made sure we don’t go elsewhere to get us a good deal and Johnny immensely helped us with the walkthrough and hook-up, making sure these (us) first-time RV owners are set for our camping adventures. Thank you for all your help, will definitely recommend to our friends (who we might get convince to get an RV, too). :)
We bought a newer second hand trailer that unfortunately came with a ton of problems. SMP and hi five to Richard for the tireless determination in getting this trailer fixed, from one problem to the numerous ones that followed. It was an epic battle and words can not describe the service that we received from them. They fixed it all, even with added surprises last minute and thank you just doesn't seem strong enough. You guys have life long customers and are a very special bunch of people.
