Levelers on our C class stopped working after traveling on a very rough road. Phoned SMP Prince George while traveling and they agreed to take look even though they were booked solid. Richard fairly quickly discovered that our hydraulic pump assembly was hanging down by one hydronic line ( not bolted in ). As well the ground strap was disconnected. Richard reattached the assembly and ground strap, tested the system and we were on our way. Quick diagnosis and excellent service.
Just bought a used fifth wheel from SMP RV in Prince George and am quite happy with the service I got from everyone at the dealership. Our salesman, Christian was amazing from the first phone contact to when we closed the deal. After we got it home and found an issue with the propane system he got one of the service people to call and we went over the issue and figured out how to remedy it. Christian was awesome to deal with purchasing our new coachman trailer. The service team (Richard and tech Justin) were phenomenal when It came crunch time to get us out of a bind and back on the road again. Highly recommend SMP! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Best RV dealer for sure
Richard and the team at SMP RV were incredible and very professional. I just purchased a camper van from a private seller and stopped by due to an electrical issue. I was exchanging over text with a member of staff and they took the time to assist me even though it was the end of the day. Very helpful since I was on my way out of town. Richard found exactly what was wrong very quickly. I recommend SMP RV 100% for all your RV needs.
