Such a great experience buying our travel trailer at SMP-RV. I can’t recommend them enough. No high pressure sales, and so easy to work with. I found my dream unit on the SMP lot. Scott (the salesman) was friendly, knowledgeable, and a no BS kind of guy. He was quick to answer my questions and went out of his way to help me any way he could. I was so impressed. This feeling quickly dissipated when it came time to speak with the finance manager (Lindsay). The lack of knowledge and understanding of the unit and the financing options from her was concerning to say the least.
