Leak at back of toilet.. Came in, replaced parts, with 0 advice or communication... After spending 300 bucks all they did was moved the leak to now running down the front of the toilet... Email politely n ask advice, they tell me they've spoken to the guy who worked on it and he says our entire toilet is very old n will need replacing, so he just fixed what he could..... Why in the world would we not get that advice before, we of coarse woulda got a new system if it likely couldn't be fixed... Nice communication guys, great ... read more

I was having a problem with my shower tap not turning off, I called this company to come and have a look at it, the guy told me it would cost $692.00 to repair it, I refused to pay that amount so he dropped the price by $190.00 he also tried to blind me with bullshit saying, I have to disconnect the water bla bla bla. I paid the $50.89 call out fee and sent him on his way. Be wary if you decide to use these people
Just had Mark round to fix a broken outlet valve in my toilet. Two other plumbing firms said they would have to take my complete toilet off the wall to replace the valve and it would take 2 to 3 hours. Mark took the cistern only off and had the job done in an hour. Kudos to Mark and SMP.
