100% quality service. Saved our family another 5 hour trip. They always answer the phone, they are nice and look forward to help you. In the actual location, they are nice and friendly. The place is super clean. Thank you.
Was promised a call back regarding a prescription. Never received the call back. The prescription was sent in a 8 days in advance. Now, because I need it same day, 8 days later, they are charging me a $65 delivery fee (should have been 10), or I have to take vacation to drive to Miami to pick it up. Terrible service. Do not recommend.
Get your medicine elsewhere. Staff have attitude and the wait times are ridiculous.
Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and seems annoyed by basic questions. There was one instance where I asked for a supervisor and that got no where. She was super rude and had the attitude like she didn’t want to help. I’ve had multiple instances where I’ve placed an order ahead of time and when I arrived hours later, I was told it was not ready. The wait times are ridiculous, even when the place is empty.
