Great costumer service ! Much better than going to a chain pharmacy and being given a nasty attitude every time from overworked pharmacists. I was able to transfer all my prescriptions in one phone call and their tech was able to get the rest of my meds over from CVS.

This pharmacy truly cares about your well being and going above and beyond for their patients. I had an issue with my medication being delayed- Victoria and her team did everything to keep me updated and give me other solutions to ensure my injections would take place in the event I couldn’t get my meds. I ended up getting the medication but was so happy that SMP took the time to listen to me and stayed/guide me until I got my medications and could successfully inject! Thank you everyone who helped!

AVOID - Charged $4k more than other pharmacies for the same medications, and they try to pressure you to order right away with shady sales tactics, so you'll feel like you don't have any other options. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE. Even if your costs are largely covered by insurance, my out of pocket cost was still hundreds of dollars cheaper elsewhere, and the covered amount will drain out your lifetime maximum for insurance benefits for the parts you don't pay out of pocket. Llame con varias horas de antelación y vivo a 1h y 25mn y cuando llegue todavía no estaba el pedido de 2 productos. La atención es buena y la calidad de los productos también.
